Base wiped during server reboot

My base has been wiped clean off the server.
All my ships are present but the base is gone.
In my info page i have the Base grid visible with 0 PCU.
I am on Official NA server 2.
My character name is D347HM4K3R
Donut Base is the Grid name.
Please advise on how to remedy this error/issue/Bug.

My whole Faction's Base on NA #11 was just wiped during server reboot. We had 4 ships docked with a total of 6 reactors across the whole base and all ships. everything was powered with 100 to 1000 uranium in each reactor. we had a few antentas/beacons on stuff though either not completed or power to prevent detection. one of the faction leaders has a blueprint of the base as we had it on a table display in the main room. All ships that were dock vanished in the wipe and all ships that were just nearby were left alone. The base was owned by multiple players as about 8 of worked together to build it and the ships were either owned by a single player or 2-3 players.
