Agreed. Either have edges or don't: Please don't keep this mix of both around. My personal preference is with though.

I Agree. I'm having to use mods to build things. Sometimes is ugly, sometimes they are deprecated.

I've been complaining about this for years- literally since they introduced the 2x1 blocks; I don't understand why or how they have managed to ignore this for so long- they could have fixed it when they reduced the size of the edging on all the other armour blocks, but they didn't. I'm gonna go with either laziness or ineptitude; most likely both.

How about a single block whose sides and slopes can be freely defined in (small-integer fractions) of edge length? That way you could create yourself any (reasonably) custom shape you might possibly want AND would not have to worry about ending up being unable to match adjacent blocks.

Please no. Pretty much the only reason I use armor halves as much as I do is because they don't have edges. With how messy the armor texture is, edges only make it worse.
