Anyone Can Use + Medbay

Medbays can heal, replenish and spawn players. At the moment, sharing the block forces you to share all three functions.
There's currently no way to allow players to heal or replenish suit O2/H2 through other blocks, that I know of. (There was an official mod for this sort of block, but it remains a mod that isn't even published as far as I can tell.)
This could be resolved in vanilla, if the Medbay had an 'Anyone Can Use' flag like most interactable blocks. This would specifically allow use of the healing and O2/H2 replenishment functions without also sharing the respawning or ability to change options.

Yes, but seats can't heal the player as the medbay does. I too believe that the "spawning" functionality needs to be separated from the "healing, replenish" functionality. Dementiurge makes a sensible suggestion with the Anyone Can Use flag. Or they could add a new medbay specific function: heal others, or similar. We have this issue a lot on our server, as we are all pretty friendly, but we can't leave medbays open due to the occasional griefer. This suggestion would solve that problem.
