Allow use of the new ScreenAreas with more block types

It would be great to see the new ScreenAreas system expanded to other block types, such as Button Panels, Doors, etc.
I would love to at long last create a mod with a Button Panel which has a Text Panel above it all in one block rather than having to have them as two separate blocks occupying different areas.
