Allow precision setting (CTRL+click) for faction icon colours, as well as RGB/Hex support

Greetings! It's mildly frustrating being unable to select exact colours for our faction icons, however the additions to the block colour panel were a very welcome change.
Please can we have the ability to CTRL+click the colour sliders in the faction icon colour menu? Additionally, adding the RGB and Hex inputs found on the block colour panel would be greatly appreciated (maybe unify all the colour selection panes?).

Correction: It turns out the block colour panel doesn't have RGB, only HSV and Hex. I can't edit the original post to reflect that.
