Allow Hydrogen Engines to act like a tank.

Since the engine already has a built in tank to store H2, it would make sense to be able to stockpile h2 without switching the engine on. Unfortunately turning off the block causes it to not convey h2. If we could keep the block on, and turn the engine on separately, that would be amazing, and extra bonus points if a Stockpile button were added.

Good idea! Maybe even make it be able to store some, not just use it. Of course, it would store much less than a hydrogen tank, but it would still store some hydrogen, and be able to convey it despite the block being powered off (disable the blocks use of conveyer systems and power it off if you want it off for good)

TBH, I think they just need smaller versions of the H2 and O2 tanks. That would basically perform the same as what you're asking for, but it would also allow easier management of H2 for engines if you're not planning on using H2 thrusters.
