Allow Ctrl+clicking on sliders inside the paint color picker for more precise color picking

Similar to how you can Ctrl+click sliders for different options inside the control panel, I suggest adding that same functionality to the Color Pallet or 'P' menu for painting. This would allow for much more precise color picking, especially for those of us who are annoyed by having decimals in the values we pick, and would prefer nice whole numbers!

On this note, please unify the Color Methods for every block. The picker, the Lights, the LCD and Text Screens should all use either RGB or HSV, so we can match even more easily.

they have added this now. you can edit the numbers on the right hand side of the sliders or use a hex code now.
