Adjust spawning and cockpit exit to use collision space instead of block space

Currently the game requires an empty block space to spawn the player to upon exiting a cockpit or seat, or spawning from the medbay. If there is not a completely empty blockspace, you end up outside the ship. Often there is plenty of actual space even if the block is considered occupied, could simply be a catwalk or corner light.

Change this to attempt putting player where they entered from, and use collisions check instead of block check.

it already does this, i have purposely placed glass pane in the space i dont want it to spawn me on exiting cockpit, but it still does, unless this got changed recently
