Add Option to Reduce Logging on Dedicated Server to Improve Performance

Having the ability to reduce logging on a server should be added as logging can have a performance impact on server. The reason behind this is that the game logs a lot of stuff and most of it is not needed in most cases. For example, when the server loads it logs the major loading steps and shows what is loading in the step. In this case you could just log when the step starts and ends instead of logging everything that happens in this step. Hope that this helps your team on improving performance on servers.
