Add mass to gass (similar to inventory mass)

Years ago when planets were introduced to the game there was a staging rocket trailer taking off from planet.

I understand that some realism is sacrified for gameplay purposes such as hydrogen tanks have higher capacity than their size: Large H2 tank has 421875L volume but holds 15000000L gas.

My suggestion is to add mass to gass similar to inventory mass. There's also a mod but it looks like outdated: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2048290970

Please dont.

Even now it takes an absurd amount of thrusters to take off from a planet, in a decently armored ship. Which provides litle to no protection for it armor weight might i add.

With more extra weight it would take even more of those....

It can be optional for who likes realism.

I think taking off from planet with heavy armored ship can be considered unrealistic thing to do. Armored ships should be constructed and operated in space and low gravity moons or orbits.

Years ago cargo inventory had no mass. It was possible to just grind down entire base and put it in a cargo to move because it was no longer considered as weight in cargo container.

Well you have your opinion. But in the big picture it makes me wonder... people have so many ideas and what Keen manage to implement is virtualy nothingh. Why even have a "sugestions" option when so litle gets done anyway.

And add nitrogen, methane, xenon, carbon dioxide and so on. :)
