Add Jump Drive "Remove destination" hotbar action

The Jump Drive terminal UI has a "Remove" button to remove the current destination GPS, so that the drive reverts to doing blind jumps. However, this functionality is not available as one of the actions you can map to a flight seat hotbar.
When a jump completes, the jump drive's GPS destination remains set. This means that if you find yourself in hot water when you're still within 5km of your last jump destination, you have to go into the terminal menus to clear the destination so you can attempt to jump away again. It would be very convenient if you could instead have a hotbar item to remove the destination, allowing you to blind jump once your drive recharges without having to stop flying the ship and dig through menus.

I would add to this slightly by having it be a gps/blind jump toggle. So if you are blind jumping around and already have your gps set, you can toggle to gps jump.
