Add a ''MaterialTypeName rule'' or ''biome value'' to SoundRules on planets

Isn't it weird that you can apply weathers on MaterialTypeName(groups of voxel), and not apply ambient sounds on MaterialTypeName? Ambient sounds can only be applied to latitude and height. When I am working on planet 26 and I want to add custom ambient sound to my desert, the sound would also play on the seas(what is on the same latitude and height).

Redirecting the ambient-sound look-up from latitude to something more granular sounds like it would be a low-cost-high-benefit change. Voted!
