Add a button to clear the queue of all assemblers on a grid.

It's a bit time consuming to go through every assembler you have to cancel all the components that you can't afford to build, especially if you have 30 or so assemblers in your factory. This is why we need a clear queue for all assemblers button.

Imagine accidentally queueing a dozen jumpdrives … at some point it's faster to find, grind down, and rebuild the assembler where the items are queued. Of course, that doesn't help much if that assembler has already begun distributing workload to some other, slaved assemblers …
