Ability to share Stuff with neutral factions

Hello there,
on PVP multiplayer we often have coordinated raids where several allied factions are involved.
Our problem is that we always have to share things like cargo containers with everyone (including enemies of course) for everyone to have access. Especially when we have just one supply ship that every person of the raid also uses as a spawn station.
So we always carry around 4 to 5 medbays for each faction around just for them to spawn in. It would be pretty neat if we could get an 4th shared status.
Next to:
- no share
- share with faction
- share with all
we would like a
- share with allies or neutrals.
This would make raids a whole lot easier.

Can't we have a seperate "Share with allies" and "Share with neutrals"? I would trust an ally with weapons for sure, but I am more reluctant with neutrals.
