Ability to project cross-sections with DLC Console Block

The decorative Console Block is cool as a way to showcase your complete designs but it would be of even greater value as a cut-away map of the internal layout of your ship.

Imagine entering a friend's new ship (or an unknown enemy ship). You don't know where you are relative to anything else in the ship. As you wander around a corner, you find a Console Block sitting in the next room, displaying a cut-away of the ship with the path of the corridors clearly visible. After studying it for a moment, you understand exactly where you are and how to get to the bridge (or some other area).

I propose that controls be added to the decorative Console Block settings to limit the bounds of the projection in each axis. This would enable the Console Block to display a cut-away or cross-section view of a blueprint so that the interior structure of the ship can be clearly seen.

Beyond it's use as a map, this would also make it easier for engineers to show off the intricate (and otherwise hidden) details of the inside of their ships. The art of a carefully crafted ship's interior is often hard to fully grasp and appreciate from the outside (or even from any one spot inside). The careful and intricate routing of conveyor networks is one example that comes to mind but I'm sure there are others. This feature would expand the pallet of tools available to engineers to show off their work in-game.

The sensor blocks already have a similar set of controls for defining their detection range. These controls could be adopted for the console block as well. The controls could reasonably be limited to increments of whole blocks for this however.

A secondary request would be to extend this feature to the full Projector Block as well. This would help address the PCU limit issues people have reported when using projectors by allowing them to project only a specific area of interest. It would also make it easier to build only specific sections of a ship or station blueprint.
