Ability to limit the fill level of gas tanks

We could really use the ability to set a specific Oxygen or Hydrogen tank to only fill to a certain level. Say in the terminal menu we had a function that sets the maximum capacity of the tank to either 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% (or maybe just 50%).
Sometimes, such as with airlocks or internally pressurized rovers, we need an oxygen tank to not fill up all the way or we won't be able to depressurize. That means we have to isolate it from the conveyor network and it makes handling things like this really awkward.
So I would like the ability to lock a gas tank so that it cannot fill past 50%. And if it already has more than that it will push the excess gas to another tank or an airvent.
