Have blueprints save to local even if cloud sync is enabled

As the title says, blueprints should be saved to the local computer as well as synced to the cloud.
It's incredibly annoying to go publish a BP to the workshop, only to find that I can't because the BP isn't saved to the computer due to it being saved on the cloud instead. My suggestion is, as stated above, to have BPs saved to both the cloud and local computer. That way they can be uploaded to the workshop even with Steam cloud sync enabled.
Or, make it so BP's can be uploaded even when they're only on the cloud. Not sure how that would work but it's another suggestion.
