There should be a way to register if a suggestion/bug is mod related or not

When submitting bugs or feedbacks - like this post - there should be a way to differ if this is mod-related, retail or other.
When you browse you can't really tell if that is a mod related one or not - making it harder to be sure you're actually browsing bugs / feedback related to what you would like to vote for.
