Global Hotbar Settings

Whenever I join a server or start a new game I find myself always using the same hotbar configuration. Which is kind of tedious work, because you need to setup 100 blocks again. And again.
A QoL change would be that you can set your hotbar globally, so that you dont have to reassign everything every time you join a server or unlock technology. Locked technology should obviously be grayed out and not usable.
