Bring back the respawn screen

Is it ppssible to add a setting to the world that allows you or the admin for the server to enable or disable the respawn screen and choose where to respawn?
this may even require a toggle that requires people to respawn at their powered respawn points if they have any. or some thing....
(Sorry i can't delete my double post from the beta feedback. this seems like the more relevant place for this one though.)
