[1.190.101] Wind turbines have no separate interface

The only way to get informations from windturbines in ingame scripts is the IMyPowerProducer interface, which needs additional filtering to only get the wind turbines.
Suggestion:
Add a IMyWindTurbine interface that inherits IMyPowerProducer.
