Reclassify decorative blocks from type 'cockpit'

Currently desks, toilets and the couch are classified internally as type 'cockpit'. I believe they should have their own category, something akin to 'decocockpit' - at the least something unique.

This makes filtering these blocks out in awesome scripts, like MMaster's Automatic LCDs 2, possible.
