Hit an unexpected limitation with the replay tool.

It seems that you can't have an engineer place blocks and others place other blocks and have others weld blocks. Soon as you have the first character place the blocks and restart the world, go to the next character and restart the tool, you don't see any blocks being placed and you can run through the block locations where the 1st engineer had placed them.
