please add to Admin Tools: "Ignored by GetNearestPlayer/Antennas"

Goal ist to be not visible to drones and Antennas they spawn drones.
It would be helpfull for Admins they are placing stuff for the players.
Because "Untargetable" is in the game, this feature will have the same reason.
