Idea for Private Server Funding

Keen could create or use a fund transfer system for paid server privates. With this Keen would have a percentage to finance this system.
Keen could have the right to terminate financially any paid server that does not follow its policy among other possible options.
The goals:
- Encourage the creation of servers allowing profit.
- Encourage improvement in the game in multiplayer environment.
- Encourage the creation of more servers allowing self sustainability.
- Slightly encourage modders.
