Copy Toolbar config from cockpit to Remote control

every time we add a remote control to a ship we usually have to reconfigure it with the same characteristics when it is controlled. It would be nice if the configuration values could be copied from one another as well as the control stations

please make toolbar configs exporatable to a string and then importable to a string as well. Also there is some sort of link with blocks being mapped on control panel interfaces that doesn't seem to work in the most prudent fashion. A mapped control on a cockpit, lets just say for instance on button 1 you have toggle thruster on and off, when you grind away the thruster it will disable the button but leave a "ghost", now if you use a projector to reweld said thruster it will "SOMETIMES" make the button work again. I suggest that even if you grind away the thruster and then replace with a different thruster for instance a different cosmetic style but the thruster is physically located in an identical location on the ship and is pointed in the same direction, then the "ghost" image on the control panel should work.

I might add that if you reweld the thruster using a projection, lets say it forgets the link with the cockpit and you still end up with that "ghost" icon on the control panel, at times you will be able to grind away the cockpit and then reweld the projection of the cockpit and regain the link between the two but then in doing so you may end up unlinking tons of other controls in the configuration.

I noticed that if you stricktly map ONLY groups to the control configuration in the cockpit this error NEVEr occurs, suggesting that the controls mapped to individual blocks do not use a "name" based linking method that the groups features use. Instead they likely use a UID of some sort that changes each time.
