DLC 1.210 not installing through Stream

ISSUE: Stream is not automatically installing the Prosperity Pack DLC purchased from stream for Space Engineers.
I have verified all the installed files.
I have removed the game completely through Stream and then manually deleted all files left on the drive.
I then installed the base game and then sdded the verison one at a time, waiting between each to confirm each download had completed.
I have the same bug
