Manual Triggering for Event Controllers

The Event Controller is a great block. It's the most "engineery" block to date. But there is no way to control WHEN it analyzes the status of blocks. It just waits for a status change.
I'd like there to be a check box called "Trigger Manually" where the block waits for an Action "Trigger Now" and then performs its evaluation that one and only time.
To prevent spam there should be a cool-down period (developers preference of the amount of time).
If needed, this could be a separate block "Manual Event Controller" and rename the original block "Automated Event Controller."
I'd love to see this included in Warfare 3. A boy can dream
