Water Gush Effect for the Exhaust Pipe

The Exhaust Pipe and Exhaust Cap should get a Water Gush effect, maybe multiple variants of it. These particles would obviously be affected by gravity.
This effect would be a great way to build waterfalls, fountains, penstocks, cooling system discharges, irrigation outlets or sprinklers.
