Grow stuff using electricity not sunlight

At this time, you can only grow oxygen and algae by farms using sunlight. You must have your oxygen farms and algae farms aligned correctly with the sun for those blocks to grow stuff. Well, I propose that there should be variants where you can use electricity to power lights to make the stuff grow. Then you can grow stuff during night or keep your farms indoors.
Currently only the dirt farm blocks can do this; work at night and indoors because they include lights.

That would be nice. If we can grow food where it has its own light, why do we need sunlight for oxygen production and algae production?
