Invisible Blocks SE 2

Hello!
I was building a rover and spent roughly 2 days on it, when I went to disconnect it from my support blocks, the game still registers the support blocks there as part of a grid (just invisible) I've tried every solution known to man, including but not limited to: Blueprinting, copy pasting, deleting the blocks surrounding them, deleting the cockpit, partial copy, and so on. The blocks seem to be rendering as part of the ship, but invisible still and are impossible to damage or destroy.
any solution?
