Unable to use mods after latest update 1.210.013

As stated i cannot use mods. whether it be singleplayer, server, new world, old world. Always get the message "downloading mods has failed" I have tested 7 different world, adding anywhere from 20 mods to a single mod and it gives me the same issue. I have attached the log from my last attempt.
