PCU saving blocks for small grid

Recent updates to SE1 have seen new blocks designed to save PCU for large grid.
Saving PCU for small grids should considered too.
Now that we have a number of blocks designed for interiors of small grid vessels it would be useful to have some PCU saving blocks.
This could be a simple as a 5x5x1 panel or a 5x1x1 small straight conveyor.
