AI Move blocks and thrust override

Ai Move blocks USED to play well with thrust override.
NO LONGER!
To test:
You need a grid controllable by AI. It needs AI move, and AI Offense.
If the Ai Move block is ON, AI OFF.
Thrust override on thrusters does not work.
The instant you turn off the AI Move block. (de-enable)
The thrust override kicks in.
This breaks a lot of existing missile/drone builds that need to LAUNCH away from the main ship.
