small graphic artefact/glitch/thing that look far away and you can never reach

flying around while doing missions I came to see some small artifacts/things that I could not identify what was. one time I tried to go to it and it disappeared after I looked away to look at Verdure. the second time I recorded and I never reached it, and it did not changed how it looked, as if the distance was not changing for this glitch.
