High Pressure Tanks - Liquid Hydrogen/Oxygen Tanks

For Oxygen and Hydrogen tanks it would be nice if there were High pressure variants.
Tanks that while being the same size or smaller than existing versions can hold several times the normal amount of gas, But with a downside that when the tank takes enough damage (and is not empty) it explodes (maybe have the explosion force proportional to the volume of gas currently in the tank), that way you have a trade off of between safe but low capacity tanks or high capacity but dangerous.
Perhaps these tanks could store the gases in their liquid form e.g. Liquid Hydrogen Tanks.
