Modded blocks not working reliably with realistic sounds

I am doing an overhaul of all my audio to support realistic sounds and I am running into roadblocks trying to do so

- Modded audio does not always get the realistic/space muffled filter. I have no idea what causes this but ive often noticed modded blocks blaring their arcade audio when, for example, on the moon. It still obeys the rule of "having to touch the ground", but continues to blare the arcade audio.

- Setting up Arc and Real sounds for some blocks is unnecessarily stubborn and can take hours of errorless debugging to find out why it isnt working. It feels like the good ol days of smacking a TV until it works and then never touching it again. It would really help to have some methods of debug to accomplish such a thing instead of just throwing everything at it until it works (if it does work).

For example, right now i am trying to add realistic sound for my Rock Crusher block. Ive copied over the vanilla refinery's working audio definition into my file and changed the subtypes to "ArcRockCrusher" and "RealRockCrusher" and inserted my audio filepaths. Ive verified both audio definitions work on their own by testing playing them ingame. However, when I set the crusher to play just "RockCrusher" to use the Arc/Real switch there is no audio whatsoever coming out of the block.

- I have attached an exmple mod of the second point. Ive taken the exact same audio files I used and applied it to the vanilla large refinery. Both of the included audio definitions work fine on their own, but will NOT work when attempting to use them with the game's built-in Arc/Real audio switch as explained above.

-- After further investigation, ive found that the example mod actually works, until you restart the world without closing the game. F5 also works for this. The audio file is then fully muted until the game is fully restarted from desktop. This tells me it is a game bug and not an issue on my end.

According to the wiki I am doing everything right. If there is something being done wrong, please let me know so the wiki may be updated accordingly to include anything it missed that may be barring the Arc/Real system from picking up those audio definitons.
