Cant add Consumables to the trade station order list

if you add a consumable to the order list of a faction type they will not show up on the stations sell list
steps to reproduce:
- download and add the mod attached to your local mods folder
- run a world with the mod loaded
- go to a trade station
- check the store sell list (will show as empty)
