Hauling Contract - No Container, just a Marker

Single Player game.
Outpost ENCM at location :914863.64:27575.35:1609840:#FF75C9F1: has a Hauling Contract worth 19,411,000 SC that produces the marker when the contract is accepted, but no container is spawned.
I have the same bug
