Add option to lower and/or remove visual shake in cockpit when drilling

Not according to the description of the setting.

This looks like mod text. And wrong about Star System template AFAIK.

It's just build info reading the description from somewhere in the game. The text from the official wiki shows the same info about that setting.

Camera shake is not affected by the tool shake setting.

Setting descriptions in buildinfo are often re-written by me (including this one) to provide more details on what the setting is actually doing, because the game descriptions are often vague. For example this setting's tooltip in the game client:

Adds vibration effects for ship drills and grinders.

and the in-code description that is seen in the dedicated server GUI:

[Display(Name = "Enable Tool Shake", Description = "Enables tool shake feature.")]

I also had that camera shake mention added to the wiki last year, and fixed the default mention just now as it is indeed default disabled now in StarSystem (buildinfo reads the actual template from your game, so that part is the reliable one... but mind that quickstarts also are labelled as StarSystem and they have different settings, those are not what buildinfo refers to xD)
