QoL: set ranged toolbar parameters using scroll wheel

Suggestion for QoL of toolbars: add ability to set values with range using scrolling wheel. For example as on image if 1 pressed or held (might be a switchable setting) when scrolling the mouse wheel the height will adjust accordingly
