Keen EOS-US #1 not responding (Xbox Support)

Main Issue: Had played on the server Wed, May 6, 2026 at 02:00 EST, then logged off and haven't been able to even find the server now, so my guess is that it's down/crashed. I've been unable to find the server listing for 2 days now.
Side-note: This is the only server I've played on since the wipe on May 4, and myself and my friend play at different times, so it's nice to get on and see what each other have made progress with.
