Bulk cargo containers efficiency

My opinion is that the bulk cargo, which is the size of 2 large cargo should be able to contain more than 2 large cargo, as TWO sides of the container have been removed. As it is, it holds slightly less.
Also. It would be nice if it had a few more ports... but you could justify fewer ports if it held even more.
