Change ingame wording for Exit to Windows button

With Linux and other OS usage expanding fast, I suggest renaming the "Exit to Windows" button to "Exit Game" in both SE and SE2.

I personally play on Linux, and according to the Steam Hardware Survey, 5% use Linux which has been climbing (with only minor dips). With Microsoft expanding their shenanigans, that number will keep climbing.
