Music from Soundblock/Jukebox only playing on left side

Most of the music that can be played by both the sound block and the jukebox only plays on the left channel.
What I tried with no success:
- I checked my audio settings.
- I checked multiple saves, both with and without mods.
- I disabled the experimental mode.
- I verified the game files.
Then I decided to look through the files and noticed that I only have problems with the .xwm files; the .wav files do not cause any issues.
