Reactor Radiation Update

Currently the cockpit block stops radiation from external factors such as sunlight, weather etc. I propose that the cockpit block should also stop radiation caused by reactor damage. However, for both external radiation and reactor caused radiation the cockpit block should only be able to stop the radiation if it has oxygen/is pressurized. This change would be easy to implement and make the radiation system slightly more balanced.
