Reputation System

Hello, this is a bit of a complaint. I already complained a bit in the help-for-official-servers because that is where I mainly play. Basically I find that with huge and huge amounts of people, there is always going to be somebody who weaponizes methods of ruining another player's experience. I had a player hack turrets on an NPC (specifically IDHN on the server US#1) and put blocks inside of this NPC encounter. Of course I got shot at, and my turrets shot back, ruining my reputation with the NPC faction which owned the encounter. My reputation was able to reach the lowest it could get in under an hour. Six months later and I am still -800 in reputation. I have to do every contract with SPTL (IDHN's ally) except for the contract that really makes a difference (transportation), because I am not even able to deliver boxes into IDHN's terminal (access denied) (IDHN is only allied to SPTL, SPTL is only allied to IDHN.) I'd definitely request that I can at least be able to deliver SPTL's packages to IDHN (even if I am not necessarily allowed to trade with IDHN itself.) My reputation with IDHN only goes up by about 1-2 for every other contract I do with SPTL, which appears to be the same amount at which the opposing faction goes down. (This means by fixing IDHN, I am effectively ruining another faction's reputation with me.) Grinding SPRT seems to have no effect on the default neutral factions and their reputation, and if it does, it is measured in decimal points for every block of SPRT's which I grind. I am able to check my reputation before and after grinding entire SPRT encounters, it doesn't seem to have an impact on any other faction. Looking for a method of preventing players from losing too much reputation with a regular NPC in such a short period of time. Every station takes 15 minutes to refresh contracts, and unless I play a ridiculous amount of hours and do over 400 more contracts (ruining my reputation with the competitor faction) there seems to be no way of fixing my reputation other than using an exploit recommended to me by somebody close with the admins, which basically involves getting with a friend, having them collect a ton of bounty contracts, and taking you out before they expire to allow for a player to trade with all factions again. I was also suspecting that something is different with the reputation system in the official servers, I remember it being much more obvious that grinding SPRT improves your reputation with other factions. I don't see an impact at all in the official servers. I am working on more testing, but as of now, I just recommend more balancing to the system. SPRT is only able to go down by -100 every ten minutes, but I noticed that other factions were able to lose way more reputation in that same time period. Other factions don't seem to go up when grinding SPRT. I know the reputation increase for the other factions must be divided by the number of factions it is applied to, whereas damaging any faction other than SPRT will increase your SPRT reputation and your SPRT reputation only. I was just wondering because I don't think I see any correlation in the official game server US#1 with grinded SPRT blocks and another faction's reputation. There is also one last thing, I was wondering if there could be an in-game PVP consent button which in theory prevents any other faction (NPC) from losing reputation with a player when that player is asking to PVP. Personally, I wouldn't necessarily want another player to become stuck and unable to trade with a bounty, all because they chose to PVP with me in a circumstance which I wanted for them to PVP with me.
