Inset Camera/Optics Unit

New Block(s) that I feel should be added.
1. Inset Camera, a vanilla non-DLC block that functions as the normal camera blocks but is inset and has more health so we can keep our eyes on the outside open.
2. Optics Unit, a dedicated long range targeting unit that allows lock on ranges to be increased from 2km to 3km. Only works with custom turrets, artillery turrets, and potentially giving missile turrets light tracking capability.

Inset armored camera, yes please. Also a half block variant that can be perfectly used behind the viewport block and overall fit better in more designs.
