Event Controllers not reading Power Output
As the title states, no matter the block nor matter the power created, the event controller is able to read everything else BUT power output.
Coming back from a long time away from the game, I was designing a simple CTC solar panel that uses the EC to retract a piston and realign the panel assembly to save into a blueprint until I encountered that the EC was not working correctly. After starting a fresh new save with no mods, the problem persisted and leaded me to investigate what else might be going haywire. After some short form tests of the ECs thresholds and different parameters, only Power Output % is unable to read the adjoining blocks performance whether it be primary or sub grids.
It's possible after the core systems update, the problem surfaced as I am reading multiple issues with power output % within this timeframe.
