Artificial light oxygen farms

I want oxygen farms that can produce oxygen using artificial light. Oxygen farms that use solar power are fine and all, but sometimes you want your sources of oxygen better protected.

We have farms with its own lightsource, why not a self producing oxygen farm?

A self producing oxygen farm is a what I want. I couldn't find the words I wanted to use the day I wrote this.
